I was chubby a few years ago. Meditation helped me lose weight.


If you follow the correct meditation method you can lose weight.

I lost 20kg by following this method which helped me eliminate my Habits which are in the cells of our body inherited from our ancestors.

I still enjoy beer.


Meditation changes one's life.

It takes time and patience, but with the right method you can change.
