It was about 10 years ago after suffering a breakdown, I was soon to find an interest in the matters of the mind.
From my research I had gathered that the thoughts we all have on a daily basis can cause stress and illness. From here, there grew this interest in such topics like inner peace, enlightenment and having wisdom of my mind.
Soon after, I was introduced to this meditation. I always remember my first session, my body and mind changed noticeably from the first session.
Stress heavily affects our body and mind. This method was made to throw away the stress.
The results surprised me from day one, and even to this day the results continue to surprise me.
