Best way to keep mentally healthy!

People believe that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body, but in actual fact this is mostly untrue. Only when our mind is healthy can our body become truly healthy.


This means that our body will achieve a state which is less susceptible to illnesses. The mind can only become healthy when there is no possession in the mind, which means there is no self. This is in fact by far the best way to become healthy.


Exercise for the body, meditation for the mind

Physical routines at the gym can free one’s diseased body from agony and delusions and provide a sense of achievement through movement.

This exercise however does not effectively guarantee our long term physical health. To maintain our body's health through exercise routines, people have to be very diligent indeed.


On the other hand, people who work hard in their every day life are most often more healthy. This is because they do not have time to plant diseases in their mind. Although exercise routines help a body to be healthy, when people stop exercising, they will be even more exposed to disease.



We cannot say what form of physical exercise is the best because every exercise has it's pros and cons, but we can say that there is a close correlation to a healthy mind and a healthy body.

Naturally, people who move a lot, live longer, but the best way to be healthy is to leave everything behind. There is no better way to be healthy than getting rid of our mind.



When there is no mind within the true mind, energy and blood circulate smoothly and potentially can cure every disease. Thus, to live without mind is the best way to be healthy.
